The Funeral took place at 12 Noon on Friday 14th October 2005
at Easthampstead Park Crematorium

The service was conducted by   The REV. TONY CUNNINGHAM

Many donations were also received, these were sent to

The Intensive Care Unit at Wexham Park Hospital
where Mum received such excellent care during her short time with them.
