It is now May and we have got quite a lot done.
Sheena has created a little border in the front grass.
I’ve constructed the fence to hide the wheelie bins,
    The Rockery has been finished,
Our new Patio has been laid and the new fence has been erected.  We have created a little plot with grasses and standing stones in front of the rear fence. You might notice a few bird feeders hanging on the fence.  So far we have recorded 22 different varieties in the garden. List of birds seen.
The next step will be to level an area for the grass and decide what to do with the area surrounding it, but that will be in the next phase.

But first I have to build the Picnic Bench so we can enjoy our patio

Not a lot has happened this month I am getting on with our “Herb Garden” we are going to divide up this area using the sleepers.
Here I am sifting out the stones and clay!!
Sheena has given her two metal planters a nice new coat of green.
I’ve managed to get 10 blue bags of “Green Corings” from the bowls club,
this will eventually be home to our grass seed which we plan to sow in Late August.
The back corner of the garden where our raised bed will be is currently home to the stone that will form its front wall.
